7 month fixed-term contract, 40 hours per week over 5 days with two rotating days off, No accommodation provided
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar role within luxury hospitality or high-end dining, Knowledge of beverage service, cocktails, and wines
Nice to Have
AIBES or IBA or similar certification, Fluency in additional languages
What You'll Do.
Serve guests in accordance with hotel's standards
Adhere to Beverage Department's Standard Operating Procedures
Set up the bar at the start of operations
Process drink orders efficiently
Prepare all cocktails according to manual
Receive and verify liquor stock
Maintain security in work area
Assist with cleaning duties
Ensure compliance with service standards
Maintain high levels of communication
Uphold hygiene and health and safety regulations
Participate in team briefings and training sessions
