It is part of Saks Global’s portfolio of world-class luxury retailers and real estate assets. ** ****YOU WILL BE:**** **The Restaurant Bartender serves Neiman Marcus customers in a warm, accommodating, and professional manner consistent to the high standards set by Neiman Marcus.** ****WHAT YOU WILL DO:**** * **Serves and interacts with customers in a professional and gracious manner** * **Utilizes thorough knowledge of food, including preparation and culinary terminology, to provide detailed information to customers about menu items** * **Supports smooth staff delivery of bar items through use of POS / ticket systems** * **Leverages thorough knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, including technical and service procedures** * **Participates in daily pre-shift meeting** * **Adheres to established accounting procedures for all transactions, including all authorized methods of payment and maintains knowledge of the POS system** * **Cleans and maintains restaurant and workstation including pre-shift, post-shift and daily and weekly duties as assigned by the Manager** * **Fulfills duties that may involve lifting objects (e.g., tables, chairs, highchairs, etc.)** * **Maintains the highest level of hygiene standards to include, but not limited to:** * **Clean, pressed uniform
