1 year cocktail bar experience, English communication skills, Basic knowledge of dining room, Basic math skills, Ability to maintain professionalism, Ability to work in a standing position, Capacity to safely lift, Valid Ontario Smart Serve certification, Open scheduling availability, Legally eligible to work in Canada
What You'll Do.
Execute drink production principles
Provide highest level of customer service
Maintain personable and professional image
Build and maintain regular clientele
Adapt to different personalities
Ensure all services and orders are charged correctly
Maintain effective cost and portion controls
Ensure surfaces and equipment are kept clean
Ensure drink times are in line with guidelines
Assist in table service
Assist in placing product orders
Ensure fresh product through order guide
Comply with all federal
and municipal regulations
Work overtime when needed
Assist the workload of others
Execute ad-hoc administrative duties
Execute ad-hoc operational duties
