They anticipate guest needs, possess extensive food and beverage knowledge, and work effectively with the team to ensure seamless and exemplary service. ## RESPONSIBILITIES Warmly greet guests ensuring a warm welcoming but not overbearing presence Be present and attentive by recognizing visual cues of guests’ needs before they realize what they need Convey enthusiasm for our food and beverage menus while maintaining proper knowledge of the menu and food allergies within dishes Work as a team at all times, looking to support one another and prioritize on behalf of the guest Accurately process transactions using the POS system including guest payments and order tracking Understand and follow the steps of service
