Be a part of THE ENTOURAGE GROUP’s team and create unforgettable gastronomic experiences. ## Requirements Requirements * Experience: Previous experience working in a bar or restaurant. This experience can be gained through entry-level positions such as barback or server, or formal bartending training programs. * Knowledge of alcoholic beverages: The bartender should have a deep understanding of different types of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, as well as how to properly prepare and serve various types of drinks. * Strong customer service skills: Bartenders must be friendly, personable, and able to engage with customers in a positive and professional manner. * Ability to work under pressure: Bartenders must be able to work efficiently and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. * Good communication skills: Bartenders must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, other staff members, and management.
