Delivering exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner
Ensuring efficient bar operations
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
Creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the guest experience
Prepare and serve a selection of wines
and mixed drinks from the menu
Ensure proper pouring
and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards
Maintain an accurate inventory count
Process log entries for voids and spillage
Cut and prepare fruits and other beverage garnishments
