Must Have
1 - 2 years of relevant experience in 5 star hotels/resorts, Passed O-levels, Excellent English, math and psychometric abilities, Aptitude and upward mobility, Guest PR skills and personal flair, Formal training in wine and food knowledge

Preparing quality beverages
Supporting overall F&B service operations
Assisting at the bar and on the floor
Ensuring smooth service
Maintaining high standards of hospitality
Executing daily operational requirements
Training responsibilities
Acting as a role model
Attending all scheduled training sessions
Providing operational
and guest feedback to management
Taking responsibility for service quality
Taking orders and serving food & beverages
Preparing food & beverages
Handling service for large tables
Building guest offers
Assisting with supply requisitions
Adhering to the hotel’s code of conduct and grooming & hygiene standards
Supporting colleagues during peak times
Participating in briefings and meetings
Promoting a safe working environment
Supporting large group and banquet events
Performing additional duties as assigned
