2 years of previous work experience in a similar position, Customer service knowledge, Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, Very good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, Good knowledge of English, Familiarity with computer systems

Prepare and serve beverages
Provide exceptional customer service
Handle cash and credit transactions
Monitor inventory levels
Follow opening and closing procedures
Adhere to stock rotation
Assist with inventory counts
Ensure alcohol service compliance
Follow safety and hygiene protocols
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with kitchen and F&B staff; Assist in training new staff; Maintain communication with bar team and other departments
