Assist with monthly bar inventory
Recognise slow moving beverages
Create new beverage ideas
Observe guest experience
Anticipate guest needs
Maintain operation equipment conditions
Send equipment for repairing
Apply food safety standards
Maintain grooming standard
Discuss guest preference
Share guest preference with co-workers
Be aware of alcohol serving regulation
Attend pre-service daily briefing
Perform opening duties
Perform closing duties
Perform assigned side work
Apply fire safety procedures
Apply emergency procedures
Perform other tasks as assigned
