What You'll Do.
Mix and serve beverages
Oversee security of liquor
Oversee security of checks
Oversee security of cash
Participate in bar setup
Participate in bar breakdown
Serve as face of business
Provide exceptional guest service
Offer drink recommendations
Know menu item origins
Know menu item preparations
Know menu item ingredients
Make menu recommendations
Serve alcoholic beverages

Complete beverage requisitions
