High School Diploma or equivalent, Over 18 years of age, TIPS trained
Nice to Have
Six months to one year of related experience, Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages, Basic knowledge of cocktail creation methods
What You'll Do.
Mix and serve beverages
Oversee liquor security
Oversee checks security
Oversee cash security
Participate in bar setup
Participate in bar breakdown
Provide 5-star guest service
Offer guests drink recommendations
Know all menu item origins
Know all menu item preparations
Know all menu item ingredients
Serve alcoholic beverages
Serve nonalcoholic beverages
Complete beverage requisitions
Complete general supply requisitions
Ensure guest satisfaction
Inform management of guest comments
Inform management of guest complaints
Monitor guests who are over intoxicated
Communicate over intoxication sightings to management
Assist in emergency procedures
Assist in security procedures
Perform assigned side duties
Assist team members in organization
Organize kitchen items
Organize kitchen equipment
Organize storage containers
Organize cleaning supplies
Ensure proper rotation of F&B deliveries
Ensure organization of F&B deliveries
Complete delegated tasks
Complete delegated projects
Assist other departments
Enforce Food and Beverage policies
Comply with Food and Beverage policies
Perform other duties as assigned
