Industry & Context.
Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time, Regularly work in wet, hot and humid conditions for extended periods of time, May be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces, Must be able to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance, Ability to work outdoors, Ability to work outdoors at high elevation for entire shift
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent required, Must be over 18 years of age, TIPS trained
Nice to Have
Six months to one year of related experience preferred, Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktail creation methods preferred
What You'll Do.
Mix and serve beverages
Oversee security of liquor
Participate in bar setup and breakdown
Provide 5-star guest service
Offer guests drink recommendations
Know menu item origins and preparations
Mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
Complete beverage and supply requisitions
Ensure guest satisfaction
Inform management of guest comments and complaints
Monitor intoxicated guests
Assist in emergency and security procedures
Reset area and clean all indoor and outdoor areas
Perform side duties assigned by Manager
Assist team members in organization of kitchen items
Complete tasks and projects delegated by manager
Assist other departments as business volumes demand
Enforce and comply with all policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
