What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, 1 or more years of fitness instructor work experience, CPR/AED Certification, National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) certification, American Council of Exercise (ACE) certification, American Fitness Aerobic Association (AFAA) certification, Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA) certification, Ability to perform aerobic activity for duration of class, Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds, Ability to occasionally lift 100 pounds, Ability to perform exercises specific to assigned class

Provide cutting-edge group fitness instruction
Teach a variety of challenging and entertaining classes
Educate class participants on correct form
Educate class participants on alternative moves
Listen to members attentively
Answer member questions
Engage in conversation with members
Clean studio space after each class
