Full Job Description
We are hiring experienced Baristas for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar & Kuwait. #### Key Responsibilities * Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages * Operate coffee machines, grinders, and café equipment efficiently * Maintain consistency in beverage quality and presentation * Take customer orders and provide friendly customer service * Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the café and workstation * Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and café supplies * Follow recipes, portion standards, and company SOPs * Handle cash/POS transactions if required * Maintain food safety and hygiene standards * Support smooth day-to-day café operations 🔹 Benefits: ✔ Attractive Salary ✔ Accommodation & Transportation Provided ## Requirements * Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Barista in cafés, restaurants, or hotels * Good knowledge of coffee preparation and latte art * Experience operating espresso machines and grinders * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Basic English communication skills * Gulf experience preferred
