What You'll Do.
Prepare and serve a selection of food and beverages from the menu while ensuring proper pouring
and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.
Be comfortable with a working knowledge of retail items within the store.
Have resort and menu knowledge that you can confidently discuss with a guest
Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests recieved from the cashier
using the hotel’s point-of-sales check completed orders with the guest’s original order.
Service and take orders from guests at the cashier.
Anticipate guest needs
and offer suggestions
and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Properly and accurately close guest process cash and credit card properly settle voided checks or complimentary items.
