Able to lift 25+ lbs, Able to stand for long periods of time, Part Time: 15-25 hours per week, 3 days per week and must be able to work 2 peak days (peak days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday), Full Time: 30-40 hours per week, 4-5 days per week and must be able to work 2 peak days (peak days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years’ experience in a customer service position, preferably in hospitality or coffee, 18+ years of age, Able to lift 25+ lbs, and to stand for long periods of time, Availability that meets the needs of our cafes, Must be authorized to work in the U. S.
Nice to Have
Weekend and holiday availability preferred
What You'll Do.
Delight customers with consistent
welcoming and engaging customer service
Prepare drinks using the best coffee equipment and product
Complete all training for proper handling of food and beverage
Avoid wastage of product with both food and beverage
following and adjusting par levels
Maintain Local Department of Health standards
Adhere to all product
service and brand training playbooks
