What You'll Do.
support the bartending teams in the smooth running of the bar
ensuring the bar is stocked with spirits
and other products needed throughout their shift
ensuring that glasses
strainers and other bartending tools are clean and in the proper position for use
create a welcoming environment for members when they approach the bar
ensure the bar is fully stocked at all times replenishing ice
preparing garnishes and restocking glasses
polish glassware and ensuring glasses and in the right place
strainers and other bartending tools and ensuring they are in their correct places
retrieve and replenish beverages from storage
napkins and garnishes
collect glassware from the bar area
tables and other sections
ensure bins are regularly emptied and cleanliness and hygiene are observed at all times
perform opening and closing procedures including but not limited to the set up and break down of stations
maintain a spotless and pristine working environment
attend regular meetings with front and back of house teams to learn about any menu changes and specials alongside daily tastings
