Interacting with our guests to ensure they have a positive experience
Stocking service wells and bars with all supplies in accordance to departmental procedures
Replenishing and refilling garnish trays and ice bins as needed
Continuously restocking
and returning glassware to appropriate destinations
Consistently applies knowledge of state liquor laws including proper identification procedures
monitoring levels of intoxication
intervention strategies
and shutoff procedures
Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
Performs other related duties as assigned
