What You'll Do.
Provide exceptional service
Manage the host stand
Review the reservation book
Make recommendations as to the setup of the
Ensure cleanliness of each section of the dining
Make necessary improvements
Check each table prior to opening
Ensure its proper set
Develop a complete working knowledge of the menus
Develop a complete working knowledge of menu ingredients
Develop a complete working knowledge of restaurant information
