Must Have
food service background is required, Trained in WHMIS, Smart Serve, NFSTP, ServSafe or equivalent
Nice to Have
Experience as a manager/supervisor of F&B in a hotel, restaurant, or events-based venue is helpful, Beverage program management experience including knowledge in cocktail development, ordering, inventory control, spirits, and beer as well as some level of wine certification such as WSET or the Caps program, Leadership experience in a high-volume food service environment, Solid understanding and practical knowledge of Industry principles and service etiquette, A proactive approach toward day-to-day activities and shifting demands, P & L knowledge and ongoing awareness, Shown to perform well under balance multiple priorities simultaneously, Ongoing awareness and responsiveness to client satisfaction, A winning attitude
