Proven experience as a Bar Manager or senior bar leader in a luxury hotel, fine‑dining, or high‑profile bar environment, Deep expertise in spirits, wines, cocktails, beverage trends, and bar operations, with a commercial mindset, Confident, inspirational leadership style with the ability to develop talent and build high‑performing teams, Exceptional guest interaction and problem‑solving skills, with a natural ability to build long‑term guest relationships, financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and POS systems, High attention to detail, operational structure, and the ability to remain composed under pressure, Flexibility, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality aligned with Four Seasons culture and values
