Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage, Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States, Ability to accurately read beverage tickets and communicate with the staff, Ability to accurately read and work with POS systems, Weekend & Holiday availability required
What You'll Do.
Greet and acknowledge members and guests with name usage in a professional manner
Assist with Banquet event set up and break downs
Prepare and serve a selection of beverages from the menu while ensuring proper pouring
and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards
and vivid descriptions of each item’s
Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests using the hotel’s point-of-sales system
Anticipate guest needs
ascertain satisfaction
and offer suggestions
and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Handle complaints and problems with a positive attitude
Prepare bar tops with special attention to order and sanitation
