What You'll Do.
Present pre-selected menu items to guests
Accurately relay guest orders — including special requests — to the Banquet Manager or kitchen team
Deliver food items promptly while ensuring quality
and presentation meet standards
Set up function rooms according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
and service stations after events
Perform additional non-essential tasks including plating food
polishing service ware
assisting with inventory
and preparing garnishes
