What You'll Do.
Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality

Ensure prompt drink orders
Answer guest questions
Make food and beverage suggestions
Suggest wine selections
Relay orders to the kitchen
Relay orders to beverage services
Fulfill additional requests
Anticipate when guests have completed meals
Reset tables efficiently
Complete all assigned side work tasks
Maintain a clean work area
Maintain an organized work area
Maintain a clean storage area

Assist with setting up banquet function rooms
Assist with cleaning banquet function rooms
Assist with refreshing banquet function rooms
Attend department meetings
