What You'll Do.
and prompt service to all guests
Set up and break down banquet spaces according to event specifications
Serve meals in various formats including plated
and hand-passed appetizers
Deliver table wine service and monitor guest needs throughout the event
organized service areas and ensure an exceptional dining atmosphere
Set up the restaurant for food service
set tables with linens
set buffets and action stations
and reset the banquet venue
