Capable of standing for extended periods of time, lift up to 30 lbs.

Must Have

1-2 Years of experience working as a Line Cook and/or Prep Cook, Ability to take orders and work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment, Capable of standing for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs., Willing to work flexible work schedules that may include holidays and weekends, Ability to obtain and maintain current, valid state-required licenses and or certifications such as Food Handler’s Certificate

Nice to Have

Formal Culinary Training/Degree

What You'll Do.

Assist Chef in preparation of all components of the menu items

Accurately measure foods and adjust recipes

Train with Chef/Sous Chef and act as backup

Actively participate in all kitchen cleaning duties
