Must Have
professional, friendly, social, outgoing, reliable, punctual, experience with POS systems, bar tools & equipment, Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine, able to work at a fast pace, multi-task, accurately recall information, Sips 'n Tips Certification, Food Handlers Permit

Previous bartending experience, Private Event bartending experience
What You'll Do.
Deliver exceptional customer service while serving a variety of classic and signature cocktails
as well as beer and wine
to our clients during private events.
Warmly greet customers
understand their preferences
offer menu recommendations
and expertly prepare and serve beverages.
Collect and serve customers drink orders and accurately log them in our POS system
Create and maintain a comfortable
Maintain a clean and organized bar
Offer recommendations or suggestions
Verify IDs of any customer that appears under the age of 35
Log and track berg/clicker numbers daily (including spillage
Balance the bank at the end of each shift
Cashier duties using POS system
Assist guests with information about the resort and local area
Build a good rapport with banquet/wedding guests
