What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associates’ degree and a minimum of 2 years’ related work experience, in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 4 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years’ related work experience
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree
What You'll Do.
Complete onboarding of Commercial or Commercial Real Estate loans
Understand and interpret legal and Bank documentation
Complete data entry and data perfection
Relationship Managers and lending staff
Ensure approval system commercial loan data correlates
Resolve complex Commercial loan booking issues
Book highly complex Commercial loans
Identify and recommend procedural and system updates
Assist team members in resolving errors and disputes
Work with Legal on review and analysis
Submit monetary remittances and fundings
Cross-train in all disciplines and functions
Seek opportunities to enhance internal procedures
Assist with management requests to support department
Serve as back-up to Group Leader
Provide guidance and training to less experienced personnel
Create and runs business reports
Understand and adhere to Company’s risk and regulatory standards
Promote an environment that supports belonging
Maintain M&T internal control standards
Complete other related duties as assigned
