What You'll Achieve.
Ensure approval system commercial loan data correlates with Servicing system and legal commercial loan documentation for accurate and timely Commercial loan or Commercial Real Estate bookings; Enhance efficiency and mitigate risk
Industry & Context.
Resolve complex Commercial loan booking issues through verifying procedures and upholding Credit Risk policies; Assist team members in resolving errors and disputes related to Commercial loans or Real Estate bookings
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associates’ degree and a minimum of 2 years’ related work experience, in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 4 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years’ related work experience
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree
What You'll Do.
Complete onboarding of Commercial loans
Interpret legal and Bank documentation
Complete data entry and data perfection
Relationship Managers
Ensure approval system data correlates
Resolve complex Commercial loan booking issues
Book highly complex Commercial loans
Identify and recommend procedural and system updates
Assist team members in resolving errors
Work with Legal on documentation review
Submit monetary remittances and fundings
Cross-train in all disciplines and functions
Seek opportunities to enhance internal procedures
Assist with management requests
Serve as back-up to Group Leader
Provide guidance and training
Create and runs business reports
Adhere to Company’s risk and regulatory standards
Promote an environment that supports belonging
Maintain M&T internal control standards
Complete other related duties
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Cross-train in all disciplines and functions of team; Assist team members in resolving errors and disputes; Provide guidance and training to less experienced personnel; Serve as back-up to Group Leader
Communication Scope
Contact attorneys, internal customers, Relationship Managers and lending staff via phone or email as required
Process & Methodology
Participate in projects as requested
