Must Have
Associate’s degree, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 2 years’ higher education and/or work experience

What You'll Do.
Review and research requests from business partners
and title companies and obtain appropriate authority to release various types of collateral as outlined in the request.
Execute instructions provided by more experienced personnel.
Communicate with internal and external business partners throughout the release process as required.
Send documents to business partners
or to various jurisdictions for recording as instructed.
Use third party vendor software to help research and facilitate release requests.
Remove holds or generate letters to remove holds on internal accounts.
Remove exceptions as appropriate.
Remove accounts from insurance tracking.
Update key tracking systems with release information.
Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards
policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.
Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
Maintain M&T internal control standards
including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
Complete other related duties as assigned.
