Must Have
Associates’ degree, minimum of 2 years’ higher education and/or work experience, data entry skills, personal computer skills
Nice to Have
Some post-high school education, Minimum of 3 years’ banking experience within an operations unit or the department, Reconciliation skills
What You'll Do.
Complete quality reviews and mailing of MICR and TRA correspondence
Provide phone support for internal calls
Provide assistance with moderate training
Process adjustments between banks
Resolve routine adjustment-related problems
Escalate more complex problems to management
Understand and adhere to Company’s risk and regulatory standards
Identify risk-related issues needing escalation
Promote an environment that supports belonging
Maintain M&T internal control standards
Complete other related duties as assigned
