Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule, May be required to work Saturdays, Sundays and extended hours, Travel may be required to alternate Banking Centers

Must Have
3-4 years customer sales/service experience, 1-2 years supervisory experience
Nice to Have
Needs-based banking sales experience
What You'll Do.
Provide services for Banking Center customers
Assist the team in achievement of sales
Process all customer related financial transactions
Learn about the customer's financial needs
Optimize sales opportunities
Provide quality customer service
Develop and maintain a partnership with various business segments
Supervise and coach fellow relationship Bankers
Respond to customers' needs in an accurate and timely fashion
Evaluate needs of clients and offer appropriate financial products and services
Perform routine teller transactions like deposits
loan payments and other transactions
Support segmentation strategy by implementing sales
and other bank initiatives
Achieve/ exceed both individual and team goals in sales
service and operations
Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations as well as bank policies and procedures
Meet/exceed branch audits and operations evaluation requirements
Assist with supervision of banking center colleagues offering coaching support
Help onboard new bankers
