Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive. **The Role** Advises, analyzes and supports banking clients in planning, analyzing, modernizing and implementing banking customer relationship management (CRM), lending solutions, Reporting functions, administrative functions, dashboards, data migration etc. Should be able to independently manage requirements, application selection, modernization priorities, design and approach, application integration, testing, deployment and application support. **Who You Are** * 12 to 15 years in banking industry implementing / modernizing banking applications and support services exclusively * Experience in working in large banking implementations and/or application support services for Indian clients. * Experience with customer onboarding systems, Lending, CRM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Payments, CBS, etc. * Knowledge in banking domain, especially for India specific requirements. * Functional or Techno-functional knowledge of industry standard banking applications * Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration * Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams **Preferred Technical and Professional Experience** * Software Engineering Life Cycle deliverables for banking implementations. * Experience in working with banking application vendors * Work closely with the business team to analyse busine
