one year of cash handling experience, Excellent written and oral communication ability to communicate effectively and projects a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person and over the phone., Basic word processing and computer database skills with accurate typing/keyboarding skills (50 wpm)., Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals and groups at all organization ability to work independently and as part of a team., Excellent customer service skills with the ability to respond to inquiries or complaints effectively and timely., Ability to take initiative and prioritize good time-management, organization, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills., analytical ability with active listening skills., Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail., Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information., Ability to study and apply new information., Possess a work ethic that includes neatness, honesty, punctuality and accuracy., Fluency in spoken Punjabi is required.

Actively cross-sell and refer GPB’s deposit and loan products.
Accept and process deposits
certificates of deposit
and individual retirement accounts.
Cash checks and process withdrawals for checking and savings customers within limits set forth on the cashing limit card.
Process the redemption of U. S savings bonds
cashiers collect applicable service charges.
Receive loan payments
installment loans and mortgage payments.
Process stop payments and disputes.
Represent Golden Pacific Bank with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
