What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in banking finance, accounting, regulatory reporting, or financial controls, Deep understanding of U. S. bank regulatory reporting requirements, Experience working within a bank finance organization, regulatory reporting function, controller's group, or finance transformation practice, Executive communication and presentation skills, Ability to engage effectively with CFO and Controller-level stakeholders, Experience with financial systems transformation or finance modernization initiatives, Knowledge of accounting subledgers, general ledgers, reconciliation platforms, and close management processes, Experience with cloud-based finance technology solutions
Nice to Have
Consulting experience with financial institutions is a plus
What You'll Do.
Define market requirements for bank finance transformation
Maintain expertise in U. S. regulatory reporting requirements
Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends
Act as internal subject matter expert for accounting
Partner with product management and engineering teams
Translate industry requirements into product capabilities
Define requirements for accounting
Prioritize enhancements and future roadmap investments
Support strategic sales opportunities as a trusted advisor
Chief Accounting Officers
Participate in executive workshops
Help customers build business cases for finance transformation

Present at conferences
Represent the company as a recognized expert
