This role is to assist the Facilities Manager in the delivery of high quality facilities services including: Cleaning (internal & external), Maintenance & Buildings, Security, Health & Safety and Waste. **As a Bank Facilities Assistant you will;** * To assist the facilities manager in organising the departments resources including maintenance requests, and the selection and ordering of goods / equipment * To ensure compliance is kept with all relevant standards and legislation, including Health and Safety within the hospital * To interact with all Suppliers and Maintenance Providers and ensure they are supported onsite * To ensure that all supplier documentation is maintained to the standards required * To monitor and maintain health and safety * To assist in the delivery of projects & maintenance * To maintain the internal and external areas of the site to Nuffield standards **Helping you feel good.** We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
