Sets and maintains pace of line to ensure production quota is reached. Maintains quality of product on production line. **_Core Competencies_** * Partnerships * Growth mindset * Results oriented * Customer focused * Professionalism ** _Reporting Relations:_** Accountable and Reports to: Director, Bakery Manufacturing; Production Manager Positions that Report to you: None ** _Primary Duties and Responsibilities:_** * Mixes ingredients for line’s product from production list. * Sets and maintains pace of line to ensure production quota is reached. * Maintains quality of product on production line. * Reports production line flow problems with supervisor. * Prepares ingredients for next day’s scheduled product run. * Maintains cleanliness of work station during production. * Ensure formula sheets are filled out and temperatures are recorded. * Informs supervisor of equipment malfunction in a timely manner. * Cleans and sterilizes equipment at end of each day. * Unloads products and ingredients into refrigeration or freezer units. * Sorts and organizes products in storage areas. * Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required. * Reports to work when scheduled and on time. **_Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Worker Characteristics:_** * Must have the ability to solve practical problems with a variety of variables and limited standardization, and be able to interpret instructions. * Ability to do arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages. * Possess the ability to understand and follo
