What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience in bakery operations, retail, or food production, knowledge of bakery production processes and food safety guidelines, Ability to analyze data and make process improvements to optimize efficiency, Detail-oriented with organizational skills, Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Email), Must be at least 18 years of age, Must maintain all training and required certifications, ServSafe Food Safety Certification
Nice to Have
familiarity with AI tools, including ChatGPT
