What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Completion of Public Health Food Handler certification, Smart Serve, and Level A First Aid & Basic CPR, or a commitment to obtain all required certifications within six months of hire, Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing competing priorities while maintaining high performance standards, Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment by effectively managing changing priorities while maintaining performance results, Comfort learning and working with both manual and automated systems, along with experience using various computer software applications, Thrive in a hands-on setting that involves extended periods of standing, heavy lifting, and work that may be performed in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions, Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
