What You'll Do.
Proof and bake unfinished bakery goods
Unpack bakery goods from freezer
Display proper amounts of bakery goods
Maintain cleaning and safety standards
Answer questions and recommend bakery items
Gather products for the next business day
Package freshly baked goods
Decorate special order or case product
Rotate and store bakery products
and store bakery shipments
Ensure products are fresh and meet quality standards
Check for out-of-date products
Generate labels and price tickets
Perform price check functions
Clean and sanitize equipment
Operate and handle bakery equipment
Maintain club policies and procedures
