What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 18 years of age

Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment, Knowledge of bakery products
What You'll Do.
Proof and bake unfinished bakery goods
Follow product handling information
Unpack bakery goods from freezer
Display proper amounts based on bakery production chart recommendations
Maintain cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department
Answer questions and recommend bakery items
Answer Member calls and take special orders
Gather products to be prepared for the next business day
Package freshly baked goods
Decorate special order or case product
Rotate and store bakery products following proper work methods on food safety
and product handling policies and procedures
and store bakery shipments
Ensure all products are fresh and meet company quality standards
Check for out-of-date products daily and follow salvage and stale product policies and procedures
Generate labels and price tickets for bakery goods
Perform price check functions when necessary
Clean and sanitize equipment
and food surfaces in the bakery
Operate and handle bakery equipment using proper work methods in accordance with safety policies and procedures
Maintain all club policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Work in other departments as needed
