What You'll Do.
Reviewing daily orders
Preparing & replenishing products
Ensuring positive company image
efficient and friendly customer service
Learning customer names
Assisting customers with product location
loading/unloading heavy items
and noting suggestions
Reviewing food status and appearance for freshness
Taking customer orders at the bakery counter
Ensuring work area is clean and neat
Ensuring adequate food supply is ready and on hand
Developing or following a production list
Anticipating product needs
and replenishing product
Pulling product from cooler/freezer for baking
Running department registers
Maintaining adherence to department and company guidelines
Adhering to company policies
Reporting to work on time
Ordering product and supplies
Assisting in other areas of store
