Must be physically able to exert up to 100 pounds of force (shared team lifting) exert up to 50 pounds of force and exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects, Visual requirements include vision from less than 20 inches and more than 20 feet with or without correction, color vision, depth perception, and field of vision, Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions, Exposure to flour dust, noise, cleaning chemicals/solvents, residual fumes and temperature extreme, Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre employment drug screen

What You'll Do.
Decorating bakery items
Assisting customers with bakery orders by telephone and in person
Ensuring a positive company image by providing courteous
and efficient customer service
Checking orders for the day and setting up a timeline and production schedule
Keeping current on new designs and trends
Ensuring department standards are met
Communicating with bakery manager regarding displays
weekly ads and special needs
Developing bakery orders for bakers
Tracking daily retail production
Operating as a lead worker with part-time or other employees
Participating in employee cross training
Practicing proper sanitation procedures
Adhering to company policies and individual store guidelines
Reporting to work when scheduled and on time

Works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment; Identifies, with co-workers, tasks to be completed; Operates as a lead worker with part-time or other employees (Instructs and reviews work); Participates in employee cross training
Communication Scope
Answers the telephone promptly and provides friendly, helpful service to customers who call including taking product orders; Communicates with bakery manager regarding displays, weekly ads and special needs on a daily basis
