What You'll Do.

Decorating bakery items

Assisting customers with bakery orders by telephone and in person

Ensuring positive company image through customer service

Checking orders for the day and setting up a timeline and production schedule

Keeping current on new designs and trends

Ensuring department standards are met

Checking cake orders for details and indicating supply needs

Ordering supplies for decorating area

Delivering product and setting up wedding cakes on site

Communicating with bakery manager regarding displays

weekly ads and special needs

Checking product dates

pulling cases for work and listing items to fill or replace

Developing bakery orders for bakers

Tracking daily retail production

Instructing and reviewing work of part-time or other employees

Participating in employee cross training

Practicing proper sanitation procedures

Adhering to company policies and individual store guidelines

Reporting to work on time

Wrapping all product as necessary

Assisting in other areas of the store as needed
