Must Have
Six months or less of similar or related work experience, Ability to solve practical variety of variables with limited interpret instructions, Ability to do arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages, Ability to file, post, and mail copy data from one record to interview to obtain basic guide people and provide basic direction
What You'll Do.
Decorate bakery items
Assist customers with bakery orders
and efficient customer service
Escort customers to products
Secure products out of reach
Load or unload heavy items
Answer telephone promptly
Take customer orders at Bakery counter
Work with co-workers as a team
Check orders for the day
Set up timeline and production schedule
Decorate bakery items in a timely manner
Keep current on new designs and trends
Ensure department standards are met
Check cake orders for details
Indicate supply needs
Order supplies for decorating area
Set up wedding cakes on site
Communicate with bakery manager
List items to fill or replace
Develop bakery orders for bakers
Track daily retail production
Identify tasks to be completed
Operate as a lead worker
Instruct and review work
Participate in employee cross training
Understand and practice proper sanitation procedures
Ensure work area is clean and neat
Adhere to company policies
Report to work on time
