Ability to solve practical variety of variables with limited interpret instructions, Ability to do arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages, Ability to file, post, and mail copy data from one record to interview to obtain basic guide people and provide basic direction, Six months or less of similar or related work experience

What You'll Do.

Decorating bakery items

Assisting customers with their bakery orders by the telephone and in person

Ensuring a positive company image by providing courteous

and efficient customer service

Checking orders for the day and setting up a timeline and production schedule

Decorating bakery items in a timely manner

Keeping current on new designs and trends

Ensuring department standards are met

Checking cake orders for details (size

dates) daily and indicating supply needs

Ordering supplies for decorating area and checking off the order

Delivering product and setting up wedding cakes on site

Communicating with bakery manager regarding displays

weekly ads and special needs on a daily basis

Checking product dates

pulling cases for work and listing items to fill or replace

Developing bakery orders for bakers on a daily basis

Tracking daily retail production

Operating as a lead worker with part-time or other employees

Participating in employee cross training

Understanding and practicing proper sanitation procedures and ensuring the work area is always clean and neat

Adhering to company policies and individual store guidelines

Reporting to work when scheduled and on time

Wrapping all product as necessary

Assisting in other areas of the store as needed
