What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Current Food Safe certificate, Large scale camp cooking experience, Ability to successfully complete a Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) level 3
Nice to Have
Red Seal or other certification
What You'll Do.
Produce scratch baked items
Prepare doughs and other preparations
Ensure food safety requirements are followed
Complete HACCP and Production logs
Label and date all products
Communicate with Chef for planning
Perform end-of-shift cleaning
Receive and store all supplies
