What You'll Do.

Bake products for orders

Maintain positive company image

Provide courteous customer service

Greet customers in a friendly manner

Assist customers with product location

Secure products out of reach

Load or unload heavy items

Take product orders over the phone

Check orders for the day

Set up timeline and production schedule

Review product freshness

Invoice and put away product

Anticipate product needs

Inspect incoming product quality

Inspect incoming product quantity

Understand bakery equipment use

Follow up on maintenance issues

Check signage for correct labels

Review department for safety issues

Operate as a lead with bakery clerks

Proof necessary items

Pull product from freezer

Pull product from cooler

Practice proper sanitation procedures

Ensure work area is clean

Maintain personal hygiene

Adhere to company policies

Report to work on time
