Must Have

University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Residing in Istanbul Anatolian Side, Ms Office Programs proficiency, Valuing customer satisfaction, Developed communication and presentation skills, No issues with flexible working hours, Active driver's license

Nice to Have

Good level of English proficiency, Holding an SMM certificate or being able to obtain one without issues, Experience in elevators, escalators, and/or technical service sector

What You'll Do.

Directing and motivating maintenance technicians

Ensuring operational services are performed on time

and to high standards

Establishing strong and sustainable relationships with all field customers

Ensuring commitments are fully met by following the customer experience plan

Resolving customer complaints in a timely

and professional manner

Ensuring the safety of team members and end-users

Providing service in accordance with local regulations and KONE quality standards

Monitoring service quality through field inspections and promoting a safety culture

Investigating near-miss incidents and accidents

reporting according to company policies

Increasing technician performance by coaching and developing them

Making short-term resource planning and supporting long-term capacity planning

Setting annual goals and tracking technician development through regular one-on-one meetings

Supporting service orientation by conducting customer visits with the team

Managing resources such as team equipment

Following up on repair sales opportunities and directing them with the team

Making invoicing decisions and supporting proposal processes when necessary

Ensuring smooth transition processes from installation to maintenance

Managing operations in accordance with field processes and maintenance methods

Monitoring open work orders and customer requests daily and taking necessary actions

Following service schedules and working to reduce call volumes

Ensuring third-party audits are conducted on time
