Must Have

1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience, Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures, Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores, Proven problem solving skills, Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks, Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances, Capable of multi-tasking, Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

Key Carrier role is an elevated extension of the Coordinator role

What You'll Do.

Creates a positive internal and external customer experience

Promotes a culture of honesty and maintains confidentiality

Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy

Ensures store team performs tasks and activities

Addresses immediate customer service issues

Exercises discretion regarding customer service policies

Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas

Ensures Associates adhere to all operational procedures

Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed

Communicates accurately and effectively with management

Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback

recognition and coaching to Associates

Partners with Management on Associate training needs

Ensures adherence to all labor laws

Promotes credit and loyalty programs

Supports and participates in shrink reduction goals

Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment

Other duties as assigned
